- Oversee Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of restoration crews, including schedules and production levels.
- Lead the Team: Supervise a diverse workforce, ensuring timely job processing and effective communication.
- Enhance Performance: Develop and implement processes to boost performance, train staff, and prepare them for greater responsibilities.
- Support Collaboration: Work with support personnel to ensure all job aspects are met without delays.
- Ensure Safety: Enforce strict compliance with safety procedures and implement safe working practices.
- Education: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years in management within the Restoration or Construction Field, with at least one year of restoration industry experience preferred.
- Certifications: IICRC certifications preferred.
- Skills: Leadership, multitasking, detail-oriented, and proficiency in relevant computer applications like Xactimate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and handle cleaning agents.
- Other: Valid Driver’s License and successful completion of a background check.
